plata is a multi-disciplinary digital agency founded by Allizon Muñoz-Chamblin (she/her), making it part of the 0.1% of female-owned agencies in North America.

Our founder is first-generation American, sixth-generation entrepreneur and has proudly built a team of diverse creative contributors. All plata team members have mastery in left-brain strategy and right-brain imagination.

Though our work focuses on digital mediums, we are rooted and inspired by our IRL communities.
